Gunplay is just a GTA copy/paste and as for the characters, I bet that if I close my eyes I'd have a hard time finding who is who because they all sound the same.
People joke left and right about "walking simulators" in games but this is LITERAL horse riding simulation. Stay the **** away from this.…

It's unbelievable how a game with so many flaws gets a pass and even scores a 9 on this page, but this is the world we live in right? A world full of casual sheep consuming every garbage the media throws at their face. Anyways, I will make this quick..
Now yes the game is beautiful and yes the web slinging is good (when it wants to). But what is there beyond that? A game that shamelessly rips off an already old and boring formula, with scripted boss battles and a ton of QTEs. What's worse is how it repeatedly ruins it's flow by forcing you to play as MJ and Miles in some of the worst stealth sequences I've seen in gaming. Literally nobody cares about those characters, they're trash...Period. Lastly, outside of the Taskmaster challenges, every other side activity is boring AF. Chasing pigeons, taking photos and running through clouds LOL.. You can argue about the base capturing horde mode, but to me all it does is make the already repeptitive combat, more repetitive.
It really pains me to see how gaming has turned out to be today.. But what hurts me the most is seeing other games like Dragon Quest XI get overshadowed by casual trash such as this. Well it is what it is I guess. High five to all the real gamers out there though, the ones that don't bite on the overmarketed casual garbage and know what the **** gaming is about.…

Pointless open world as there's nothingUninteresting main character and a plot that drags on too much, only to be dissapointing in the end.. Pointless open world as there's nothing interesting to get other than plants (gear and weapons can be bought from city stores) and there's a general lack of variety in equipment, something that makes gameplay less and less interesting as the game goes. In short, the game holds your hand through the entire game. Graphics are ok, as this is a Sony exclusive catering to the casuals that have ruined the industry.
Speaking of catering, it's funny how this game's female characters are assigned to jobs such as forgemaster or beastmaster, along with the majority of them being tribe leaders and while interacting with them, they tell you how dumb their husbands are, or how they beat them up at times. Not to mention the plot of how a SINGLE WAHMAN managed to save the world from the evil men and their approach on technology. Pathetic/10…

Everything from the HUD and interface, to maps, classes and overall gameplay feeling is exactly the same as Destiny 1. Adding to this, the endgame content is light with areas you've already been through in the story mode (which is a total cringe fest by the way, just like its predecessor but as a WoW player little do I care about story in a grindy MMO game). In general, Destiny 2 is EXACTLY the same game as Destiny 1 with some revamped weapons and enviroments that the developers like to call "new". They're not new. You'll see the same areas with the same Vex pylons left and right and the same "revolver" type weapons with different reskins. The gun sound is a lot better than the first Destiny I'll give them that. But overall this game is not even an expansion. Blizzard made a complete overhaul of the characters, enviroments and animations for World of Warcraft FREE of charge. Something Bungie and Activision did with way less effort in Destiny and charge us for a new game + Sony's PS plus tax. No, just no.…
